My journey into healing work started in 2014, when I attended Advanced Massage Therapeutics here in Louisville, KY. With a full heart and a strong nudge from the universe, I opened Novo in 2016. Since then, with steady support from my partner, family, friends, and the wonderful clients who’ve shared their experiences, Novo has grown into a welcoming little healing haven I’m proud to call home.My passion is helping people feel more at ease; whether that means melting away tension, settling an anxious mind, or simply giving you a place to land and breathe. I work with a blend of techniques like trigger point therapy, Swedish, Deep tissue and Thai massage, modern cupping, and aromatherapy. As a 200-hour YT, I weave in gentle breath awareness and grounding energy to support whatever your body and spirit need that day.My intention is always to meet you where you are, offer thoughtful, individualized care, and hold a space that feels safe, comforting, and restorative.
