Blended Therapeutic Bodywork

Combining the use of hands, forearms, and elbows to create blended strokes to manipulate fascia, and relax the tissue. Focusing on taught bands in the muscle, known as a trigger point. Trigger point therapy is designed to alleviate the source of pain through a cycle of pressure and release techniques. Resulting in a deeply relaxing treatment leaving you to feel relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. 

Cupping Therapy

Cupping has been used all over the world for thousands of years. The Chinese, most closely associated use cupping therapy to unblock stagnation and facilitate the return of the body's energies or qi to a natural fluidity, restoring balance of health.   

The cups create a gentle pulling action or a negative pressure, that allow for separation in adhered tissue. Acting as a vacuum, the cups draw fluids into deficient areas and encourage interstitial debris to flow out of the body via capillary exchange and lymphatic drainage. Benefits include, blood and lymph circulation, alleviates adhesions, clears stagnation, lifts and rehydrates fascia, reducing inflammation, breaks up scar tissue and reduces pains of muscle tension.

Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork

Vedic Thai bodywork, is thought of as the martial arts of healing. combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principals, and assisted yoga postures. Imagine the body as a mandala with lines of energy making up the geometric design. By creating flow and rhythmic compressions with feet, knees, palms, elbows, forearms, and fingers. Blending asanas and breath control producing a balanced and harmonious communication integrating the body's vital systems. Thai massage will leave you feeling more open, relaxed and invigorated!

Healing Herbal Massage

Luk Pra Kob is the traditional Thai herbal ball massage treatment. It uses a medicinal blend of Thai herbs wrapped in cotton and applied to the body as a hot compress addressing pain and inflammation in the body. Other benefits include relieving skin allergies, muscle and joint pain, stomach ache, preventing or alleviating bruising, and improving skin complexion. 

Herbal blend directly imported from Thailand - Zingiber, Turmeric, Kaffir Lime, Lemongrass, Tamarind, Salt, Camphor, Menthol, Pandanus Leaf, Acacia Leaf.
