How do I prepare for my bodywork session?

Make sure you are well hydrated. Dress in appropriate loose fit clothing. Arrive at the studio 5 minutes before your session, to allow time for intake with your therapist.

What is appropriate clothing?

For Table massage you will be asked to undress to your level of comfort which is just that, whatever makes you most comfortable. You will be properly draped on every area aside from the body part receiving treatment.

For Thai bodywork, Please come dressed in relaxed fit clothes suitable for full body movement.

Do I drink water before or after my session?

Yes! Do both, when receiving massage/ bodywork it is important to stay hydrated. Not only will it help with any soreness you may experience the next day, it facilitates your organs to process and help the flow of interstitial debris (materials the body has trouble disposing) out of the body.
